Oakbrae Holiday Home is a modern property in the idyllic village of Ballater which is available for weekly let to guests and is ideal for your self catering holiday break in Scotland. It is conveniently located on the edge of the village and offers a luxurious base in a beautiful location from where Royal Deeside and the Scottish Highlands can easily be accessed.

The property sleeps up to 8 people (there is also a baby travel cot available) with two double bedrooms, both of which have en-suite facilities, and two twin rooms. The lounge has a lovely open coal fire and wall mounted 36" LCD TV. A new dining kitchen has been installed with facilities for up to eight people. There is also a patio area to the rear for "Al Fresco" dining and a gas barbecue is also available for guests use.

Oakbrae is a strictly “non-smoking” property and no pets are allowed. The accommodation has a garage and parking for two cars in the driveway.
